TRIMESTERS OVERVIEW

The course is divided into six trimesters each consisting of 12 weeks of study.

Each Trimester is further divided into three (4 week) sprints, with each sprint covering different topics and subjects.

HOW SPRINTS WORK

Sprints In the musicianship skills and career development classes are structured as focused four-week periods where specific topics are intensively covered. Each sprint is designed for in-depth exploration and mastery of a particular subject, providing students with a concentrated learning experience. This approach allows for a sequential and logical progression of topics, with each sprint building upon the knowledge and skills acquired in the previous one.

At the onset of each sprint, clear learning objectives are outlined, offering students a roadmap for their learning journey over the next four weeks. This clarity of purpose not only helps students stay focused and motivated but also allows them to track their progress and achievements effectively throughout each sprint.

The sprint structure also offers flexibility, enabling instructors to tailor the curriculum to meet the students’ needs and pace of learning. With a focus on practical application, the sprints are designed to equip students with not only theoretical knowledge but also actionable skills that are relevant and immediately applicable in the music industry.
